Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because each item is uniquely personalized for your pet, we generally cannot accept returns for non-quality issues. However, we highly recommend adding our Design Preview service to your order! This allows you to review and approve the artwork before production to ensure you absolutely love the design. Rest assured, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we got you covered—just contact us and we will make it right.
