You can upload separate photos for each set or leave a note at checkout if you’d like a multi-pet design. Our designers will adjust it accordingly.

7. Can I see a preview before production?

We don’t automatically send previews, but if you’d like to double-check your design, you can request a mockup by leaving a note at checkout. Our team will send you one before final printing.

8. Can I change my order after it’s placed?

If you need to update your photo or text, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes are no longer possible.

9. What’s the return policy?

Because this is a personalized item, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right!
