1. Can I customize each item with my pet’s photo or name?

Yes! You can upload your pet’s photo, add text or name, and we’ll personalize each piece in your set to match. Every product is made to order.

2. How do I upload my photo for customization?

Simply click “Upload your photo” before checkout. Make sure your image is clear, high-resolution, and your pet’s face is fully visible for the best result.

3. How long does production take?

Since each set is hand-crafted and custom-printed, production usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

4. How long will shipping take?

We offer two delivery options:

• Fast Shipping: 3–5 business days
  
• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
  
  Orders over $60 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery time may vary depending on your country’s customs and postal service.

6. What if I want to order for multiple pets?

You can upload separate photos for each set or leave a note at checkout if you’d like a multi-pet design. Our designers will adjust it accordingly.

7. Can I see a preview before production?

We don’t automatically send previews, but if you’d like to double-check your design, you can request a mockup by leaving a note at checkout. Our team will send you one before final printing.

8. Can I change my order after it’s placed?

If you need to update your photo or text, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes are no longer possible.

9. What’s the return policy?

Because this is a personalized item, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right!

10. How do I care for the products in the set?

• Tumbler: Hand-wash only. Avoid dishwashers or microwaves.
• Solid Fragrance: Store in a cool, dry place.
• Seat Belt Cover & Phone Strap: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
